If minimum wage was raised it wouldn't make the prices of the products up it would only increase the workers pay. its not like raising the wages would affect the CEO's income that much because they make millions to billions of dollars each year so it shouldn't bother them to help out minimum wage workers so they can afford to live.
By raising the minimum wage people in poverty will have a chance to get out of that lifestyle, instead of going from paycheck to paycheck and having really tight budgeting for every week to two weeks, and if we wouldn't raise the minimum wage every day more and more people are becoming poor.
